Thank you for your order! We are so happy that you chose to shop with us – do you need to return something?
When you shop at ZOEY, you have a 14-day return policy.

Extended return until January 15th. 2026.

How to return your purchase

1. Go to ZOEY’s return portal here.
Enter your email and order number.
Choose exchange or return – we’ll guide you all the way.

2. Pack your unused items in the original packaging including tags and reuse the shipping bag.

3. Print and place the return label on the package and drop off the package at your GLS parcel shop. Find your nearest parcel shop here.

Information about the

return portal

In the return portal, you can choose between exchange and return.

If you choose exchange, we cover the shipping costs and send your new item, provided the new item costs more than 67€.
As soon as DAO has registered the return package, we will ship the exchange item to you.

If you choose return, the return shipping costs 6€, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please also use ZOEY’s return portal in case of a complaint.
