The following terms and conditions apply to all agreements that a consumer (hereinafter referred to as "you") enters into with ZOEY. When you place an order with us, you accept the terms and conditions that apply with us at the time you place your order. Make sure you have read and understood the applicable terms and conditions before placing your order. We reserve the right to change terms from time to time without further notice. These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on and for delivery in the below mentioned countries.

There is no charge for using a debit card. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. We make reservations for printing errors, price changes, non-delivery and sold out items.

It is safe to shop with a credit card and at The credit card information is transmitted in encrypted form with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is an encryption technique of high security standard. This means that your information is sent via. a secure connection so that your card information can only be read by NETS and neither the webshop nor others have the opportunity to see this information. As a payment gateway, we use QuickPay, which is certified according to the PCI standard. is open 24 hours a day, and it is therefore almost always possible for you to shop with us. However, it may happen that we close the store due to maintenance. It will only be possible to make purchases when the store is open and available. To complete a transaction on, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card, which we accept. However, if you are not yet 18 years old, you can still shop with us if you have obtained your guardian's consent. To place an order with us, select the items you want to buy and place them in the shopping cart. You can continuously check and correct the contents of the shopping basket as well as check the price of the goods until the time when you place your final order. When you are ready to place the final order, click on "Checkout", after which you must enter your name, address, e-mail, phone number, payment method and choose delivery method. Immediately after ordering, you will receive an order confirmation via email. From the moment you receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail, a binding purchase agreement has been entered into. At ZOEY, we deliver your order free of charge if you buy for 67€ or more and use GLS for delivery in GLS parcel shop. Shipping for purchases under 67€ is 6€. On weekdays, we strive to keep the delivery time at 2-5 weekdays. In the case of public holidays and during sales, however, a few more days may pass. If you place your order before 11 on weekdays, we will endeavor to ship it to you the same day.

When you receive your package delivered via GLS, it is sent to a collection point/parcel shop near where you live. The package is not attempted to be delivered to your home. You can pick up your package for up to 5 days after arrival. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to ZOEY. Uncollected packages will be deducted a shipping fee of 6€.

When you shop at, you have a 14-day full return right, valid from the day you receive your item. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us: name of company, street, number, postcode, town, e-mail address, telephone number. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your return goods before the cancellation period has expired. The right of return only applies to goods in unused condition. As a consumer, you may only try on the item, which means that you may only test your purchase as you would in a physical store. Upon receipt of an item, you may only handle it in such a way that you can determine the item's nature, properties and the way in which it works. If the item is used, we only return part or none of the purchase price. A possible impairment is paid by you as a consumer. The value of the item is determined by what we can get for it in a further sale.

The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the day you receive the item. If the right of return expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, this is extended to the next working day. In the case of several items that are made in a single order, but delivered individually, the right of return runs from the receipt of the last item. If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of the day you receive the item. That is, you can not regret your purchase by inaction.

When returning, you must make sure that the item is packed properly, as you are responsible for the item until we receive it. We therefore always encourage you to save a receipt and possibly track and trace number. 

For easy return, print a return label here for the cost of 4€.

As your returned item must be sold again, we ask you to return the item in original packaging with hangtags etc. Items without hangtags are not refundable.

You must complete and enclose the enclosed return slip. Please note that we enclose a return slip in all our shipments.

Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible. The refund will be made within 14 days from the day we received the package. To avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards, we only refund to the credit card with which the item was purchased. We reserve the right to withhold payment until we have received the returned item or have received documentation that the item has been returned.

NOTE: If the value of the item is impaired, you may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This can happen because:
- you have used the item,
- the item has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
- you have handled the product in a different way than was necessary to be able to determine the product's nature, properties and the way in which it works.
- you have not complied with the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type etc.

ZOEY complies with all legal guarantees and rules if there are defects in the goods you have purchased from us. If you have a complaint regarding a manufacturing defect on an item that we have delivered, including damage that occurred during transport, please contact us as soon as possible and return the item to us.

Your purchase of covered by the Purchase Act, including the defect rules. This means that you have a 2-year right to make a complaint, which means that you can either, depending on the specific situation, have a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price. It is, of course, a requirement that there is a justified complaint and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, wear and tear or other damaging behavior. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. Therefore, we recommend that you complain as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after the defect has been discovered. Use the enclosed return slip from your package to describe the problem as detailed as possible. Remember to enclose a receipt for your purchase upon return. If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse the shipping costs that have been at the time of return, if these are considered reasonable. Otherwise, you must bear all the costs of return, including our shipping costs of 6€. As we only want happy customers, we encourage you to get in touch if there are problems with an item you have purchased from us. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and always make sure to get a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / item until we receive it. We therefore encourage you to save postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and possibly track and trace number.

We make disclaims for stock errors, printing errors, price errors, missing deliveries and sold-out items. In case of error, we reserve the right to cancel an order as soon as we have notified you.

ZOEY is responsible for all the personal information you provide to us upon purchase. We use the information to assess, agree and complete the delivery as well as to nurture the customer relationship that arises from it, pursue outstanding payments, combat fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal regulations. ZOEY does not pass on any information to third parties. The information will only be available in the company ZOEY. ZOEY is not responsible for any damage to you, except in the cases where our liability insurance covers and where it is assumed that the insurer approves that a payment can take place. In addition to these cases, the liability is generally limited to the maximum amount that constitutes the purchase price of the current item. ZOEY is never liable for consequential damages.

As a result of force majeure, ZOEY's obligations cease. If the period under force majeure is longer than 2 months, both you and ZOEY have the right to terminate the agreement without in such a case there is any debt to pay to the tortfeasor. Force majeure covers, among other things, strikes, illness of staff, transport disruptions and import / export bans, regardless of whether this occurs with us or our suppliers.

We do not guarantee that the colors displayed on the webshop accurately reproduce the actual colors of the products, as the reproduction of the colors depends on the settings on your computer, tablet, etc.
